At Le Vasthu, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our digital vastu services. Below is our cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation:

• Consultations: If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please do so at least 24 hours before the appointment. To cancel, contact us at support@levasthu.com.
• Reports: Once a report has been delivered to your email, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds:

• Consultations: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
• Reports: Due to the digital nature of our reports, we do not offer refunds once the report has been sent.

Dispute Resolution:

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us at support@levasthu.com. We will do our best to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
